PLUTA newsletter: lively content as an alternative to boring legalese

Initial situation

PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH sought to intensify communications with key decision-makers.

Our idea

We designed a clearly understandable newsletter, by going for lively content instead of boring legalese. The newsletter was intended to stand out from that of others in the sector. The advertising agency of this law office handles the layout.
The content is directed primarily at courts, creditors, institutions, and journalists. It is available in print or can be downloaded from the Website.

Results

PLUTA News regularly reports on activities in the law office and the sector. Even personal details on the involved bankruptcy administrators are contained. Each issue has a caricature and a section about peculiar incidents – because humor is good medicine in serious situations like bankruptcies. The target group adapts the newsletter very well.

Target

One the one hand, the success of asecos depends mainly on the awareness of the enterprise and its products. On the other hand, it depends on a high level of trust in the quality of their products. This is not surprising, since the safety of employees and the environment are a core theme when dealing with hazardous materials.
We highlighted the quality of the enterprise and its products in the B2B media, so that asecos springs to mind when customers think of safety.

asecos is considered a real expert and dependable partner in all the relevant media, which continue to have faith in asecos’ high-grade content. In recent years, we have been able to solidify this expert status. Now we have set new goals to achieve a similar standing in other sectors as well.
